Sagist Group operates three furniture factories in Istanbul, Türkiye, with a combined 20,000 m² of production space. The factories cover timber preparation, CNC and robotic laser cutting, joinery and carving, upholstery, finishing, inspection and export crating.
Why a factory matters to your project
When the people who draw a piece also cut, join, upholster and finish it, nothing is lost between suppliers. Changes are made in one building, by one team, and the price has no middleman's margin in it.
It also means one point of responsibility. If a finish needs matching or a room layout changes, the same project manager who signed the order arranges it with the factory floor.

Quality control, stage by stage
- Timber graded on arrival and moisture-checked after kilning
